Schengen Area, signifies a zone where 26 European countries, abolished their internal borders, for the free and unrestricted movement of people, in harmony with common rules for controlling external borders and fighting criminality by strengthening the common judicial system and police cooperation.

Schengen Area covers most of the EU countris , except Ireland and the countries that are soon to be part of: Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia and Cyprus. Although not members of the EU, countries like: Norway, Iceland, Switzerland and Lichtenstein are also part of the Schengen zone.

Depending on the purpose of your travel to Schengen countries, there are different types of visas that will apply to the occasion.

Consultation Charges: PKR= 10,000/- These charges will save you a lot of money and also save you from visa refusal.

File Charges:

File charges vary from case to case depending upon the time duration, documentation and efforts we put into your case-building process. We will let you know about the file charges after the consultation.

 

Online Application Process:

Our office is in Faisalabad. Most of our clients are from other cities as well as other countries. If you want to visit our office, you are always welcome but if your location is remote and you do not want to visit us because of traveling and time issues that’s not a problem. Just provide us scanned copies of your documents that we will ask you for after consultation and we will handle your case hassle-free without visiting our office.

List of Required Documents:

Documents for visa applications vary from client to client. After consultation with our clients, we provide a list of specific documents related to their cases. Below is a list of general documents to apply for the Schengen visit visa:

  • Valid Passport. It must be valid for six months. It must also have at least one blank page for the visa.
  • Smart CNIC 
  • FRC (Family Registration Certificate)
  • MRC (Marriage Registration Certificate)
  • Financial Documents. Proof that you have sufficient funds to meet the expenses of your trip. This may be your bank statement(s) for the last six months, payslips for the last three months. Property documents, vehicle registration documents, insurance policy documents, fix deposit savings account statements.
  • Proof of Accommodation. You will need to present a document that shows where you will be staying while in Europe. Note that you do not have to pay a hotel/hostel in Europe before getting the visa, just to get such a document.
  • Travel Insurance. Travel insurance with a coverage of $ 50,000 or € 30,000 is mandatory for a Schengen visit visa.
  • Invitation Letter. (If applicable). If invited by a European national/resident, his/her Passport copy, Property ownership Documents or rental agreement, Utility Bill Copy, Affidavit, or written statement by invitee for residence arrangements of the applicant. If you don’t have an invitation letter, you should have good travel history as a reason to apply for a visit visa.
  • Sponsor Letter. (If applicable). If you will be sponsored by a European national or resident then you should submit a letter of sponsorship along with financial proofs of the sponsor.
  • Detailed Travel Plan. Submit a travel plan that gives all the information regarding how and what you are planning to do in Europe. Include the travel dates, places you will visit, meeting agenda, booked tours, festivals, etc.
  • Covering Letter. Mention all those points that you could not cover in the visa application form.
  • Affidavit for Returning Back. This should be on stamp paper and notarized by the oath commissioner.
  • Check List. List of all the documents that you have attached with the application.
  • Certified translations of all documents that are not in either English or in the official language of the relevant embassy. Like marriage certificates, property documents, etc

Additional Documents According to Your Occupational Status

You will need to submit extra documents according to your working status, as follows:

  • If you are employed:
    • A letter from your employer. This letter should confirm your position at work, your salary, and the length of employment.
  • If you are self-employed:
    • Business Registration Documents. They should confirm the business owner’s name and the date of business registration. Certificate of incorporation in case of company. Certificates and licenses if required for your business type. NTN Certificate and Tax Returns, Business bank statement, Certificate, and card of Chamber of Commerce.
  • If you are a student:
    • A letter from your education provider. This letter should confirm your enrolment and leave permission while your term is off.

Schengen Visa File charges vary from case to case depending upon the time and efforts we put into your case-building process but minimum file charges are 100,000 PKR. After consultation, we tell our clients about their file charges and time duration of their application.  

Maybe you see so-called agents in the market who take less charges to fill a Schengen visa application form but there is a difference between filling an application form only and building a strong case. To help spread the cost, we take 60% payment in advance and remaining 40%  once case is ready to submit.

Our service charges increase when we put more time and efforts in your case and let you know about charges after consultation.

Yes, you can apply through us without visiting our office in Faisalabad. We will prepare your complete case and submit your visa application. A copy of your file will be provided to you and your visa application appointment will be booked in any city or country where you can go for biometrics.  Most of our clients are from other cities as well as other countries.
